Q. Why have I have not received my Welcome Offer Free Bet?

A. Welcome bonuses are credited the morning after your first qualifying bet settles.  If your first bet settles before Midnight, your free bets will be in your account the following morning before midday.


Q. Where do I find my Free Bets in my Account?

A. Your free bet appears in your account under the “Free Bets” tab in your sportsbook account. To use the free bet, make your selection and then choose “Use Free Bets” in the dropdown menu on the bet-slip.


Q. How do I change from Fractions to Decimal/Decimals to Fractions?

A. On our desktop site, this option is available at the top right-hand corner of each page.  On our Mobile site and App, click the menu button on the bottom right corner. At the bottom of the menu after all sports are listed you will see "Odds Display" select this to change between fractions and Decimals.


Q. What happens if my free bet is voided?

A. If a customer’s free bet is void it will be automatically recredited the following morning.


Q. When will my Withdrawal be processed?

A. Withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours of the request, provided all verification documentation is on the account.


Q. How many cards can I have on my account?

A. You may only have one card on your account at any given time.
