QuinnBet (Gibraltar) Limited of 71b Main Street, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA, a company registered in Gibraltar under company number 122617 ("We", "Us", or "Our", as appropriate) provides the facilities at quinnbet.com, and any other online or mobile platform or application provided by Us (together the “QuinnBet Platforms”, and each individual site or app being a “Platform” on which You access Our betting and gaming facilities, including but not limited to the Sports Betting Facilities, Virtuals Betting Facilities and the Gaming Facilities (as defined below) using Your Account (“Facilities”). 

QuinnBet (Gibraltar) Limited is licensed by:

• The British Gambling Commission under the Gambling Act 2005 (as amended). To the extent that You are located in England, Wales or Scotland whilst You receive the Facilities (a “British Player”), We shall be deemed to be regulated by the British Gambling Commission. 
• The Irish Revenue Commissioners. Where Our betting Facilities are offered to customers in the Republic of Ireland, they are operated in accordance with this licence.
• The Government of Gibraltar and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner under the Gambling Act 2005 for purposes of operating online casino games and online fixed odds betting. We shall be deemed to be regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner regardless of where You are located (in addition to any other relevant regulator, as described above), because we are based in Gibraltar. 

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms and Conditions') are split into three parts, and further into navigable sections within those parts, to make it easy for You to find the information You are looking for. 

• Part A – General: these terms apply to everyone using or intending to use Our Facilities. 
• Part B – Betting Facilities: If You are using or intending to place bets on sports events on quinnbet.com/sportsbook (“Sports Betting Facilities”) or virtual sporting events on quinnbet.com/virtual (“Virtuals Betting Facilities”) (together, “Betting Facilities”), the terms set out in Part B will also apply to you. 
• Part C – Gaming Facilities - If You are using or intending to play online slots, table games, or other games on quinnbet.com/casino/ and/or quinnbet.com/casino/live-casino/, Our (“Gaming Facilities”), the terms set out in Part C will apply to you (together, the Betting Facilities and Gaming Facilities are the “Facilities”).
